Dear friends, your power animal is a spirit helper who comes to you in a familiar form you can relate to and understand, one that will inspire and advise you.

Your logical mind may scoff at this idea. Your logical mind or your logical friends may call you crazy or state that you are living in a fantasy world divorced from reality.

I’m here to tell you, there is a spiritual reality you can access when you allow your mind to release doubts, worries, shoulds and oughts. When you release your ego for a time and let your brain slow down and relax, you are better able to connect with the vast and rich spirit world that underpins all measurable, scientifically agreed upon reality.

For those of you who are able to access the spirit realms, spend time face to face with your living and compassionate spirit helper. When you get to know them, when you’ve built up trust, you can merge with your power animal. They will let you know when you’re ready.

Invite them in, allow yourself to dissolve into pure energy and let your energy become one with your creature. You will know what is it to fly and soar on warm updrafts or to pop into a cool earthen burrow, to smell the rich soil, to gallop at top speed for miles without tiring, to build a tiny nest in a tall tree…

…to feel your wings spread wide on hot sunlight, to weave a beautiful web in a forest, to allow your body and being to transform in a cozy cocoon, to sip nectar from wildflowers, to see the Earth spread out below you in its wild beauty, the rivers, mountains, plains, the valleys and lakes.

Use these powers for good, for the healing of your life, for the gaining of compassion and empathy, for increasing your wisdom, for inspiration, for comfort, for the betterment of our Earth.

Your power animal will help you experience new insights and expand your definition of reality.

Trust in your spirit

Your spirit is connected to all that is even if you don’t remember this. You knew this as an infant, as a child and you can know this again.

Your spirit is the great receiver of inspiration, the great channeler of divine energies. What you see smell touch taste, hear is information needed to live successfully in your body on your chosen planet.

Your body is the how of survival on Earth. Your spirit is the why of your life, gives your life meaning.

Balance between your body and spirit ensures that you live a full life, receiving divine inspiration and guidance through the spirit, living fully in the body, grounded and anchored energetically to the earth, keeping your body healthy and vibrant.

You are a being with access to your full power when you live in harmony with all of life.

You receive inspiration and guidance through the spirit. You use these inspirations as fuel to create and act and build your life through the vehicle of your body.

What inspires you?

Inspiration is the life’s breath of All-That-Is breathing through you.  It is a partnership of All-That-Is and you with your unique gifts, talents, skills, and interests.

Inspiration is like the fairy tale pot that would keep on boiling, producing a never ending supply of food.  Inspiration is food for your soul!

When you attune your energy to Source, you open a channel, a never ending supply of energy, ideas, opportunities, amazing coincidences that satisfy your soul  – When in partnership with Source, you create infinitely more than you could by yourself.

When you must use effort, striving, and force (so beloved in your culture) to get things done, this indicates that you have separated yourself from Source in some way.  This is a very human thing to do.

When you were born, you were one with Source.  Then you may have lost the connection while growing older and felt separate, disconnected.  Now that you are aware there is more to life than going it alone you can reunite your energy with All-That-Is and feel whole again.

Attune yourself to the frequency of All-That-Is. Like an orchestra tuning up, Source is the concert master. Bring your vibrational tone into harmony with Source and make exquisite music together!

 

Your sweet spot

When you are energized, when you have no sense of time passing, when you are living in the moment, enthused, and inspired, you are centered in your sweet spot. Your physical body and spirit are aligned in harmony.

Do you spend most of your time in your sweet spot or do events, thoughts, and fears pull you off balance and out of true?

You work here is to do what needs to be done to line yourself up again and again with the amazing flow of energy, the inspiration, the delight and clarity of your sweet spot. This is where the things you care about get done! Effortlessly!

Can you catch yourself before you lean too far off center, before you get too far from your sweet spot? One way is to create a daily practice for yourself to keep yourself in balance.

Devise a ritual that helps you line up and place yourself fully in the center of your life, where your power lies, where you belong! You will be amazed!

Many humans are called at this time to step into their full power, to line up with their light and live fully in their sweet spot for the blessing of this earth. Will you?

Effective action

Dear one, Attune your heart, mind and spirit with all that is. Ask for what you desire, receive inspiration, then act on your inspiration with focus, courage, and trust.

Dreaming must in turn give way to doing for that is what you are made for!

Don’t act on your inspirations when fatigued, angry, distraught, depressed, or disheartened, for the results you achieve will mirror your state of feeling. Your state of feeling is your state of being.

Know this: when you feel low and act from that place, your results will not satisfy you. When you feel happy, clear, and aligned with source and act from your alignment, you will be amazed at the soul level satisfaction your accomplishments provide.

When you line up with your source, become a column of light, receive inspiration and act, you tap into the powerful energy current of inspiration that will set you on the path of right and effective action.

This, my dear, will satisfy your soul and in so doing your actions will bless this earth.

Creative flow

Set the stage for your creative work. Send you roots deep into the earth that supports all living things. Breathe in her nourishment, let earth energy fill your body. Let go of worry, doubt, expectations.

Now, firmly rooted, stand tall and let your crown open. Let yourself expand upward to the light. Let your energy be joyful and expansive as you reach the vibration of flow.

You will feel yourself open to a powerful flow of creative energy moving you to act, to do what inspires you, to do what satisfies your soul.  This energy is life itself.
