How do you use technology?

Dear ones, do you use your technology mindfully in support of your highest good, your health and wholeness?

Or does your glowing little screen rule your life and keep you corralled and dependent? Does it limit your freedom?

Some of the human created reality blasted into your brain each day is meant to get you hooked and addicted to the content others have curated and chosen for you to digest and believe. I ask you for your health and well being to become an expert at discernment, to choose wisely what you will consume.

Think about this. When feelings of self worth come to you from the outside in, they are not genuine, not the real thing. True self worth and autonomy grow organically from the center of your being in partnership with source and radiate outward to enrich the web of life and all beings.

The phony, the fake, that which is chosen to root into your mind and addict you is not in your highest good. The words images are chosen just for you to make you feel insecure, to make you want things, to limit your creativity, to make you click and spend, to make you forget your true self and to make you believe this fake reality this phony feeling of connection is better than the real thing.

In your true and deep and abiding heart, in some corner of your mind your intuition knows who you really are and what is right for you. Do not sell or hand over your most precious gift for anything!

Use your technology wisely and well. You are the boss of your life! Make technology your servant.

Trust yourself

Did your parents, teachers, aunts & uncles, grandparents ever encourage you to trust yourself? To trust the knowings of your heart, the inner hopes and dreams for your life, your intuitions, and instincts about other people, your certainty about what activities you wanted to pursue, what your inborn interests and talents were?

Or, were you told to be nice, to smile when you didn’t want to, to fit in and not rock the boat, to worry about what the neighbors might think, to suck it up and get along?

Dear ones, if so, you were betrayed! Now it is time for you to reclaim and regain your own power, your trust in yourself and your intuitions, preferences, your inner knowings, your autonomy, your mastery of your life.

Begin little by little to tune into your inner voice, your wise and loving spirit, your indestructible soul and the wisdom and power of your heart.

You will find your truth within your heart, not outside yourself with any teacher, guru, mentor, parental figure.

Yes, parents teachers and mentors are needed at certain times in life, to help mirror the best in you, to help you learn skills and boundaries, to learn love, to keep you safe. The best of them assist you in learning to trust the innate wisdom of your heart and soul and tap into your inner power and riches.

Look within and know that you can trust the knowings of your heart mind and soul.

Trusting yourself is loving yourself.

Harmony with nature

Perhaps you fear the power of storms, avalanches, earth quakes, lighting, tornadoes… hurricanes…bob cats, mountain lions, bears…

Nature is not your enemy!

You are not here to conquer and subdue nature, but to observe and learn her ancient language, understand her patterns moods and rhythms and live in harmony with her.

To respect nature is to live in unity and accord with the forces and seasons of the natural world, reading her signs, staying clear of any dangers you perceive, taking shelter when needed, paying attention to her slightest cues and hints of what is to come.

These signs will touch your early warning system: your intuition that is born of your existence on this planet. You must pay attention to what is around you and how that resonates in your body heart and mind!

Living in harmony with nature can mean nurturing the plants and rooted growing beings from the towering trees to lush shade loving ground cover, learning their ways, what they need.

Hosta in bloom

Living in harmony with nature can mean caring for your domesticated animals, letting them teach you, observing their ways. It can also mean a kind and healthy balance between the habitats and habits and needs of wild creatures and those of the human world.

As you commune with the spirits of nature, you will know your place in this harmonious web of life and learn to exist in peace with all conditions and all creatures.

More about intuition

You must approach this learning with a pure heart, with genuine curiosity, and the desire to live an authentic life that satisfies your soul.

Do not demand fast answers on the spot and snap your fingers (as a math teacher did to the two legged one years ago). Allow the answers to surface within you. They may come right away or take some time.

Dear ones, do not allow yourself to be fooled…If you ask yourself which food is right for you in the moment and you continue to receive the answer “chocolate brownie” time after time, then your are not hearing from your intuition.

You may want a gooey brownie, once again, but wanting is of the ego. You must go deeper to find the truth and it may not coincide with the desires of your ego.

Your heart will know the truth as you discover your true desires, what is most important to you, who is right for you in friendship, in love, what foods are healthy and right for you, if you should move to a new town or stay, …

Strengthening your intuition and living by it will take courage, trust , a depth of commitment and awareness that will take practice and fortitude. When you have tapped in your intuition will steer you to your highest good every time you ask.

Intuition

Dear ones, it is vital that you develop and learn to trust what you call intuition. This is your connection to all-that-is, beyond your brain and body, beyond what you sense by touch, feel, hearing, smelling, tasting. It is a knowing, without knowing. It is a true knowing you can trust… without physical “proof”.

Your lives will improve greatly when you expand your awareness beyond the boundary of the physical body and world and tune in to the vast knowledge and wisdom of spirit that is the birthright of each and every one of you.

If you are out of practice since childhood at this inborn skill, start small and easy to rebuild your muscle. Ask yourself a question before bedtime and state that the answer will be known to you when you wake up. Let your logical brain have a much needed rest. Do not impose restrictions, conditions, boundaries on yourself.

When you wake up, ask again and tune into the feeling, the subtle and deep knowings within your heart and spirit. The answer is within you. You must trust it, but only if you have switched off the logical brain, the critical parental voices in your head, the ego that imposes its agenda on you.

Practice every day, start small and trust that you will build your intuition and learn to trust your deep knowing that is connected to the web of all things.

The stream of intuition flows deeply within all humans. You must allow yourself to explore beneath the surface of 5 senses, logic, ego, and the voices of others, to tap this vein of gold.
