When you work in partnership with spirit, your human talents intelligence and intuition combined with the vast wisdom of Source create an amazing synergy – a better safer healthier more peaceful planet for all beings.

When nothing works anymore, when you find no comfort or inspiration from those people activities or places that brought you joy and happiness in the past, rediscover your foundation, your purpose in life.

Begin with your purpose, your reason for being. Use that as the most important information, the foundation you need to reinvent your life. If you have lost your bearings, forgotten your purpose, ignored the callings of your spirit, you will be off course, your foundation will be off kilter and will need repair and rebuilding.

What will stay the same? What will you add? What will you remove? How do you want to feel? What inspires delights and energizes you? How will you spend your time?

Reinvent new routines and activities for yourself to build a framework for each day that will support your purpose.

Renew your energy with fresh inspirations and high quality self care. Bring in new interior decoration for your life.

Do your intentions flow directly from your heart and spirit, or are they products of your thinking logical brain that knows what’s best, what you should, what you should not?

The part of your brain trained up by your schools and parents and society knows the “rules”. It knows what is physically possible and impossible, (you learned it in a book) what you can and cannot, how to get ahead, which careers will bring you the most money, and who is misbehaving according to your code of conduct.

To be effective potent and powerful, your intentions must flow from your heart and spirit, the part of you where dreams are created. The part of you that existed before your cultural training set in and upset the balance of your creativity and grace and flow and restricted you self concept.

When you tap into this reservoir of creativity and power, you can imagine yourself moving beyond old limitations. Then you can set your intentions for your life based on expansion and possibilities you dream of.

Leave behind the old restrictive rules and boxes and limitations you’ve placed on your dreams!

When you can feel it, dream it, imagine it, define it, and intend it, you can become it.

Life calls you with a powerful voice! Do you block out the sound of her voice with static in your mind, addictions, petty time wasting amusements?

Life pulls you forward like a magnet toward your highest good if you will allow it! Do you resist the pull and hold on to the past to what is with an iron grip? Do you get stuck in the quagmire of your fears? Do you live life with your nose stuck in a shiny electronic device? Dear ones, that sounds like half a life to me.

Life desires your full participation, your clarity and focus. Do you cloud your clarity with excess busyness, with no time to rest, constant activity, anxiety and churning hamster-wheel thoughts?

You have been given the most amazing gift of life! The life force within you requires that you move forward; that you continue to expand and become like a rosebud opening. If the rosebud failed to open , it would soon wither and die.

Life asks that you grow and change and evolve and allow the effortless unfolding process- the blossoming of the man or woman you were born to be.

Once born, a baby cannot reenter the womb. It’s life is now, unfolding as nature intended – growing, developing, maturing, with no looking back.

Once you have crossed the threshold of healing, once you have experienced the soul satisfaction of living at full power, once you have regained your own voice and witnessed your own light from the inside out, you, my dear, will never look back at your old life with longing.

You may have fond memories of the past, but you will know without a doubt that your path unfolds before you, as nature intends.

You are here to grow and develop into the best version of yourself. You are here to fulfill the promise set forth on that magical day of your birth!

Leave the past and regret behind so you can fully inhabit and experience the new landscape you’ve chosen. Give yourself time to attune yourself to your new reality and  immerse yourself in it.

There is no going back. You have reached this point in your life by allowing the flow of existence to carry you to this time and place; this situation; this very moment.

Sunlight ripples on moving water

You know you cannot return to the past, to the smaller self you once were. This is like facing upstream and trying to go against the pull of the current on a flooded river.

You have grown, expanded, and become more than you were. You are larger in spirit, more expanded in heart, wiser. The fears, doubts, and worries of the past are washed away and dissolve like fog before the morning sun.

You are here now, in this body in this place and time with the people who surround you. The stream of life has brought you here.

At any point you may halt your progress, pull out of the stream, get lost in a backwater, beached on a sandbar, foundered on rocks. Will you cling to the shore and stay stuck, or will you allow the current once more to carry you downstream? The choice is yours.

You who wish to progress and move forward won’t be stranded long. You will once again steer for the main channel, the faster moving current of life that takes you effortlessly to your highest good.
