Autumn years

A woman in her autumn years can release the excess, the unneeded, from her life, the outdated thoughts, feelings, the extra objects, the people who drag her down, the dead weight, the job that does not feed her soul, the old dreams that no longer feed her passions.

Nearly full moon

She can let go of worry about her looks… She can let go, let go, and let go again, only to find there is more to let go of.

When she is empty and hollow and rests in her emptiness, she will be filled once again with new dreams that inspire, with passion to create, a new unconditional love for others, a knowing of her inner power and strength. She will know in every cell her indestructible inner beauty and light, she will focus with clarity on what really matters to her and to the planet that is her home. She will be graced with full acceptance of her many gifts.

As the moon wanes each month to complete darkness and waxes once again to full light in the age old cycle, you too must let go, and let go again, so you can be refilled, refreshed, filled with new energy. You who know and own yourself!

Live your life from the inside out. Let your life rest on the inner wisdom, light and love that power and fuel you! Everything else is like leaves in autumn.

Letting go

The season of letting go has come around on the cosmic wheel once again. I will soon release this year’s crop of golden leaves that soaked up the sun and fed me all summer. It is the time of the waning year, the waning moon. Time to let go.

I must release my beautiful crown of leaves that shimmered in the breeze through sunlight and shadow, moonlight and midsummer heat. They will not needed during the cold dark months.

Releasing, surrendering, letting go – good practice for the final act of letting go that all living creatures must experience – a rehearsal for death, the great transition.

I bow to the cycles of life and death, to the inevitable. I make ready for winter, withdraw my attention from outward things, pull my awareness inward, down to my roots as my sap cools and subsides.

I will soon be ready for my winter’s rest, my dreaming time. There will be nothing to grasp hold of, no responsibilities, nothing to do or be or have, no agenda, no leaves to maintain. All the trappings of summer – released.

I may seem inert, even dead to those who pass by, yet deep inside, in my roots, below the surface of the soil, my inner hearth fire embers glow, ready to spring into life once again after the long winter nights give way to spring.

There is no going back

A seed, once sprouted can’t ever return to curl up once again in its protective shell. Something magical has been set in motion that must play out!

Once born, a baby cannot reenter the womb. It’s life is now, unfolding as nature intended – growing, developing, maturing, with no looking back.

Once you have crossed the threshold of healing, once you have experienced the soul satisfaction of living at full power, once you have regained your own voice and witnessed your own light from the inside out, you, my dear, will never look back at your old life with longing.

You may have fond memories of the past, but you will know without a doubt that your path unfolds before you, as nature intends.

You are here to grow and develop into the best version of yourself. You are here to fulfill the promise set forth on that magical day of your birth!

What are you waiting for?

It is time to get off the mark, out of your seat, and let the inspiration that fills your being move you to act! When you are inspired and connected to source, the acts you are moved to will ring true, fall into place with ease, be in your highest good and the highest good of the planet.

When you are in accord with your heart and allow the fearful ego voice to fade into the background, your actions will bless this earth and all living creatures.

So, what are you waiting for?

If fear and loathing keep you frozen and motionless, do what you can to soothe your fears and calm your anxiety. Do not allow your life to pass you by because of fear!

Your true power comes through when your will and divine will line up. Then you feel the energy and inspiration fill your body. Then you can tap into the great power at your center, the divine purpose you have come to express.

Let your light shine brightly!

Inner/Outer

Dear ones, it is an immutable law of the universe – Your inner world – what you feel inside, the emotions you allow into your consciousness and those you suppress are all reflected in your outer world. Look to the people in your life, the environment, the weather, your neighborhood, your job…everything – as mirrors to the inner you.

Do you dislike what you see around you? Do you want a change? Go inward first. Are you surrounded by unpleasant people? Go inside and befriend the unpleasant part of you – or shall I say the part you think is unpleasant. The part you’ve hidden under layers of “nice”.

Shine the light of love on that rejected part of you. You cannot find true peace unless you embrace your entire being – the spectrum of emotions, the light and shadow. You are whole and complete only when you embrace the parts of you that you worry are not nice, ugly, frustrated, without courage, weak, hurt, sad….

Make friends, true, deep and abiding friends with yourself. Treat yourself as you would a dear beloved  companion. Do this by witnessing your flaws, your full spectrum of feelings, shining the light of love in the dark places, accepting them as part of you.

Your survival no longer depends on your being “good” or “nice” or “perfect”. It depends on your being real.

Choose one idea

Are you filled with inspiration and ideas – bursting at the seams with fervor to create and bring your ideas from the energy of thought to physical reality?

When you find that ideas are flowing like the ocean tide and the spring thaw, you must choose and decide. You must narrow your focus to one or two ideas at a time. Otherwise you will make yourself crazy and accomplish exactly zero!

When your attention is focused like a laser beam on one thing at a time; the one thing that rocks your world, satisfies your soul, floats your boat, makes your heart sing, you harness the creative power of the universe in one clear coherent signal. All the guidance you need is provided.

Dear idea person, Keep a list and file of all your amazing inspirations. When you are ready for a new adventure, when you’ve brought your current idea to fruition with focus, discipline and perseverance, you many choose again from your file and begin the process again.

Choose the idea that lifts you up, excites and satisfies you. Choose the idea that has been in your mind and heart for many years, the perennial favorite.

After choosing your amazing idea, give it your full attention. Let your creativity flow! Do what it takes and bless this earth with your passion, purpose and focus.

The River of life

Do you flow with the river of life, dear one?  Or has a traumatic event beached you on a sandbar, taken you out of the main channel?

You and all living creatures are meant to move with the current, allowing the pull of the stream to float you effortlessly through many landscapes, the rapids, deep pools, the shallows, the floods, the white water…the many moods of the river.

If you have run aground and your life is on hold or feels like it is moving on without your full presence, please find someone who can help you gradually attune yourself to the flow, to rejoin and reclaim your life.

When you reclaim your life and heal, you send ripples health and wholeness through the web of all things, and all are uplifted by your intention and courage.

When you reclaim your life, you reclaim your power, your sparkle, your inner fire, for you were meant to live fully – feeling your feelings, fully embodied, breathing deeply of the life you desire, one with the river.

Grandparents are given the change to accept without judgment, bathing the child in the heart energy of pure love and light, and feeling in return the grace of pure spirit, knowing the child is perfect as they are.

Grandparents are given the most sacred chance in life, to love unconditionally, to learn how to love in a new way than ever before at a deeper level than they have ever known. Grandparents are given the chance to expand into more and become more, through love.
