Align with the golden light of source.

Let yourself be changed by this light with higher healthier vibrations, greater wisdom, stronger energy and personal power, new insights into your life, less judgment about what is, a higher level of well being and flow, more room in your heart for the giving and receiving of love, a greater capacity for unconditional love.

Become one with the light, dissolve into it, let it heal and move you.

For today, stand tall and do what source calls you to do, those activities that satisfy your soul. Your calling from spirit fits in with the great pattern of life on earth and the grand design of the universe.

You are capable of this, you are called to the work that you know as your purpose. The vibrations you offer in carrying out your purpose are required in the great symphony of life on Earth.

Excuses do not become you. Make up your mind, set your intention and do the work that is drawn through you!

Let your vibrations be clear, let them be strong and powerful, let them emanate from you without reserve. When this is so, you are a sun, you radiate a quiet grace, an inner power.

You doing the work you are called to do creates the future, weaves the web of life.

Getting grounded

Is your brain sometimes like a ping pong ball, bouncing all over the place without focus, shifting from topic to topic at warp speed? Does it leave you without clarity or focus?

This can happen if you are not grounded.

Some of those who walk past me are connected to Earth energy. They feel stable, supported, solid, fully in their bodies and in the present. Others who walk past seem floaty, disconnected, living in their heads, in the past or future.

You are the boss of your own life! You are in command of your energy! You can focus your energy including your thoughts. You too can be grounded and fully present in your body. It’s easy!

Begin by imagining yourself sending down roots deep into the Earth and pulling up Earth energy that will anchor and stabilize your own energy and help you focus with clarity on what you choose. For a child, pretend you are a tree and send down your roots.

Two more easy ways to ground yourself : Use a stainless steel spoon and rub the bottom of your feet; Walk barefoot on the grass, garden soil or a beach. ( If you can’t do this, try just sitting in a chair with your bare feet on the earth.)

Let your grounded self then align with source and this alignment will create clarity and focus and fresh new energy flowing through you, displacing the stale energy of the past.

Your power supply

You are meant to be conduits for heavenly energy, allowing it to pass through your body mind and spirit to transform you. It is a partnership between you and all that is. You tap into amazing wisdom, passion, insight, healing power, confidence, knowing, and creativity.

Source is your infinite renewable power supply! Align yourself with the flow. Practice allowing yourself to open more and more to the amazing power supply available to all humans.

Do not doubt. Ask for the connection. Practice opening yourself little by little as you attune yourself to the current and higher vibrations you will be capable of holding.

Whatever work you do, whatever your passion, you will find it transformed and enlightened by a close partnership with the source of all creation.

Dear one, Attune your heart, mind and spirit with all that is. Ask for what you desire, receive inspiration, then act on your inspiration with focus, courage, and trust.

Dreaming must in turn give way to doing for that is what you are made for!

Don’t act on your inspirations when fatigued, angry, distraught, depressed, or disheartened, for the results you achieve will mirror your state of feeling. Your state of feeling is your state of being.

Know this: when you feel low and act from that place, your results will not satisfy you. When you feel happy, clear, and aligned with source and act from your alignment, you will be amazed at the soul level satisfaction your accomplishments provide.

When you line up with your source, become a column of light, receive inspiration and act, you tap into the powerful energy current of inspiration that will set you on the path of right and effective action.

This, my dear, will satisfy your soul and in so doing your actions will bless this earth.
