Healing Entanglements

To reach your full light your peak flow and effectiveness, you may need to heal some of the entanglements from your past.

These may be entanglements with tired old beliefs that once seemed to keep you safe, entanglements with people who you discover do not have your best interests at heart.

Perhaps you are entangled with those who were friends or lovers of your youth, but who were not able to grow and learn from life and heal themselves as you did. And now your relationship with them does not feed your soul any longer, but drains you.

Take courage! Take heart! Gather your will and your inner power as you reinvent your life and create healthy new beliefs, uplifting new friendships and let go of the stale old patterns and habits of thought that keep you small.

Yes, this healing can happen for you, step by step, hour by hour, little by little. This is not an easy overnight process! You must do the difficult work of healing, of letting go, and learning to trust and love yourself. There is no substitute!

Ask for help from a healer, therapist, trusted friend, compassionate spirit helpers, or a wise mentor as you enter into this life changing path. You do not have to do this alone!

After a time, you will look back on yourself and see how far you’ve come in the evolution of your soul and how much healthier you are in mind body and spirit.

Dear ones, once you have seen the light, you will never want to go back to the entangled you, the small and hurting you. You may have some good memories of those days, still keep in touch with old friends on a surface level, but remember this: after you have been born, you cannot go back into the womb.

I am calling you to your highest self, your wise self. I am calling you to tap into your true inner power based on your innate worth as a child of earth and spirit!

Clear the clutter!

Are you cluttered energetically? This might feel like heaviness around your heart or gut, dullness or fuzziness of the mind, sluggishness, a deadening of the emotions.

You might feel lethargic. You might feel as though you are not making progress in life, that you are stuck, spinning your wheels.

Energetic clutter can consist of emotions that you do not want to feel or acknowledge, thoughts that reel around and around in your mind with no end, a sense of disconnection from body or spirit.

Dear ones, I am here to tell you you can find healing as you work to clear the energetic debris that has built up in your energy atmosphere over your lifetime.

If you are not feeling well, please ask your Doctor to check for physical illnesses – take care of that first. Then if you feel the need of more help with overwhelming emotions as you begin to clear the clutter of heart and mind, please seek out the help of a therapist or healer.

You can clear the accumulated clutter of a lifetime and let the energy of your life flow more smoothly and easily. Start small just as you might start decluttering a single drawer or closet in your home. Build on your success.

Let yourself feel these emotions that have been cluttering your precious moments and little by little you will heal and your life will become a more joyful and peaceful experience.

The world needs you clear and focused, healthy and strong, sharing your gifts, allowing your light to shine as brightly as possible.

Reflections

I see and feel failing ash trees. They are losing vitality, declining and dying as an out-of-control insect invades and destroys with no boundaries, no sense that when it kills the host trees it will no longer be able to survive.

This insect survives now, but will ultimately destroy its own home and food supply.

This is nature reflecting the human state of mind and state of health. This no boundaries, destroy everything in your path dynamic takes place on a global scale, as Humans declare war on others and destroy their own habitat with little regard for the long term consequences.

Do you store up toxic and stormy emotions in your personal atmosphere, letting them build into cyclones, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes of tantrums and violence? Are you or those in your family or city easily triggered into fury?

I’m here to tell you that you can clear yourselves and release the clouds as they accumulate and before they become heavy and ominous with many layers of fear and anger.

Let me tell you that your healing matters not only to you, but to your family, your city, your planet. The actions you take, the decisions you make will affect and reflect in our Earth for years to come.

Will you choose healing, or will you choose to be paralyzed by fear?

When you are able to face the facts and difficulties in your life head on, with courage and tenacity, when you are able to clear and heal your emotions and learn to deal with them in a healthy way, your life will improve dramatically, your health will improve, you will begin to love your life once again!

Our world is heating up and we are stressed!

Our ancestors became acclimated to a cooler world. The capacity to survive within those parameters has been passed down through thousands of generations of all animals, plants, humans birds, insects, sea creatures from the blue whale to tiny one celled organisms from desert sage to all manner of mushrooms, to towering cottonwood trees.

All of us live and thrive here on our home planet within a limited range of conditions.

We are slowly being pushed out of our comfort zone. Our home is becoming a stranger to us.

The seasonal changes become erratic, the timing is off. Trees maintain their leaves later in the year, and become vulnerable to ice and freezing rain. The weight of thick ice on thousands of leaves and branches can topple and crush a huge tree.

You might be comfortable in climate controlled buildings or cars. You might not get outside much or tune yourself closely to nature’s subtle rhythms and harmonies, so you might not know with the evidence of your own senses that our world is shifting out of balance.

I speak for the great web of life. I speak for the rooted ones, the four legged fur bearers, those with wings, the six and eight legged communities, all living creatures that form our web of life with intricate interconnections and relationships.

Dear humans, please find a way to work together, heal your animosities, your grudges and resentments. Release your emotional baggage in healthy ways, heal once and for all your ancestral enmities.

Clear yourselves so you can be at your full light and power, at the highest vibrations you are capable of. You are needed here and now to heal this Earth and bring our home back into harmony and balance between all beings…

…between hot and cold, day and night, summer and winter, give and take, life and death, resistance and flow, fear and love.

The Collective Unconscious

The collective unconscious is made up of the energy of ancient emotions and memories– fear, anger, anxiety, traumas from all of human history, built up over thousands of years. It is like a floating cloud of fog a person can get lost in without knowing it.

So much has changed for you humans since time began. Living conditions have gone from rude shelters made of stone, grass or wood to comfortable lavish and beautifully furnished homes with climate control at the touch of a button. Infections and disease that once killed millions have been eradicated or contained.

Yet, the emotions that affect the bodies, hearts and minds of humanity are exactly the same as they were at the beginning of time, when humans began their do it yourself improvements otherwise known as civilization.

Think about this! The energy vibrations of fear anxiety, despair, grief, and loss from an ancient war can still resonate with the conditions of your world and your life today.

They resonate with your current emotions because the energy of those old emotional clouds match exactly the frequency of the newly generated emotions. In this way you tap into the sea of emotional fog left behind by all who’ve come before.

These vibrational frequencies are part of the collective unconscious, the legacy of your ancestors and your history here on earth.

When you are overwhelmed by fear and anxiety and it feels too huge for one person, you may have tapped into the collective unconscious, Do not allow yourself to drown in the ocean of despair left behind by your ancestors.

Find a new emotional frequency that brings you contentment and peace; one that allows you to focus on the challenges of your life and to heal them with love and the inspired action. This will help you extricate yourself from the sea of fog.

Focus on those thoughts, actions and beliefs that help you feel better!

These ancient and heavy burdens are not yours to carry. You can contribute new thoughts new insights new ways of being and acting to the web of life.

This will lift you up beyond the clouds of left-over fear and reweave the web of life and bring light to the collective unconscious.

Are you feeling the weight of the anxiety and fear you’ve inherited from your ancestors, that you pick up from your neighbors, friends, people who drive by your home, customers in the store you’ve entered, in the library stacks just opposite you, those closed in with you on the plane…

Do you soak in the anxiety and fear from the news, feel the victim’s pain, the anger, fear, and outrage the media amplifies?

Your true light is dimmed by the clouds of stuffed emotion you pick up from others as an empath.

Dear ones, it is not your job, your responsibility or your duty to take on and feel the feelings of any others! You are to live your life, not that of others. It is your job to feel your own feelings, to to know yourself and shine your light.

When you strengthen the tapestry of your aura and ground your energy to the earth, it will be easier to filter out the random energies of others. When you discern the energy you are feeling is not yours, ask it to drain into the Earth for recycling.

If you feel it is important, you can teach those close to you to begin to feel their own emotions. Where do they show up in the body? Describe the sensation in the body. What sense is activated? Name the emotions if possible.

This is a new skill for many, so patience is called for. If it is too overwhelming, they may need a healer or therapist.

If your family, friends, loved ones cannot or don’t want to learn to feel their own feelings, remember, it is not your job to do it for them! Perhaps they will eventually be ready to heal, but do not hold your breath.

In this way you help keep our world healthy and allow your light to shine to the full extent.

Contentment

Can you allow yourself an hour or two of contentment each day? If that seems like a tall order, how about 15 minutes?

A few minutes, an hour or two of simply feeling at peace with your life, letting go of wanting something you don’t have, letting go of striving for the next goal, letting go of pushing ahead, letting go of forcing things to happen, will bring a refreshing new serenity to your life.

The energy frequency of contentment ripples through the web of life bringing more peace to all living beings on this earth.

Contentment is living in the moment. It is bringing your awareness to the here and now and knowing that life is good, that you have everything you need for this hour, that in this moment and the next and next, all is well.

For this hour of contentment, there is nowhere you have to go, no one you have to meet, nothing you have to do unless it contributes to your happiness.

When you know contentment, your body mind and spirit feel calm, relaxed, and satisfied. Can you give yourself this precious gift?

Grief

When you grieve, let yourself rest. When you grieve, let yourself be. When you grieve let yourself feel and experience the waves of emotion that move through you.

If you try to resist the waves of feeling, you may find yourself tumbled , knocked down, drowned by their unexpected and surprising power. Resistance is futile!

The only way through is to let yourself float. That is to feel what you are feeling and ride the waves of emotion as they show up. No matter how unwelcome the feelings are, let yourself feel them rise and build, crest and then drop away…

Like a chip of wood in churning water, the waves of emotion won’t drown or sink you, but take you for a wild ride that is a part of your life’s journey.

All who walk this earth in human form must at one time or another know the storms of grief. You will survive, Dear One, as you ride the waves.

Inner winter

In winter, the ice and snow and wind keep you snug at home, keep you separate in your warm wrapping of sweaters and blankets, down comforters and scarves. The roads and walks can be dangerous with slippery ice and packed snow. It can send you humans reeling and sliding with no warning… so you stay at home.

I ask you, is there a winter in your heart that keeps you isolated and separate from others? Does this inner winter cause you to fear venturing beyond the confines of the known, the familiar, the safety of your known world?

You can turn this inner winter to spring. As you heal, you can thaw the frozen thoughts and beliefs, have patience until the poor visibility clears. You can get yourself unstuck from deep snowdrifts and move forward. You can begin to melt the ice within you that keeps you isolated and alone.

Have patience dear one, the spring thaw takes time as the weather gradually warms. When the earth is no longer frozen, the runoff permeates the thawed soil bringing new life to the earth, new hope and growth.

The deep freeze will soon be over, and you will regain your flexibility ease and flow.

Live in the light

Do you feel there is a weakness, a stigma in asking for and receiving help when you are down? Do you feel that others will judge you unworthy?

When you are grieving or sad, when anger and resentment get the better of you, when you are overwhelmed by your feelings, do you feel that you must go it alone, tough it out, grit your teeth and be tough, keep your emotions in check, put on a happy face?

You are not meant to live isolated from each other, separate, apart, trying to move mountains of grief, sadness, depression alone.

My dears, I fear this strategy will keep you stuck and unhappy, that your life will be so much smaller, duller, and grayer than it could be otherwise.

No it is not easy! But you did not come to earth in a body for a life of constant ease. You came with a purpose.

When your old baggage interferes with your true life’s purpose, when you find yourself stuck and unable to move forward, can you allow yourself to receive love and compassion?

Can you find a loving friend, caring therapist or healer to help you lighten your emotional burdens and free yourself from the weight you carry?

Allowing yourself to be vulnerable, to admit you are human, will help you get back on your true path of life lived in the light.
