Do you resist the messages of your body?

Do you suppress tears that want to flow, stay in your chair when your body screams “Get up and move!”? Do you force yourself to stay awake when you need rest? Do you stay in bed when you know your body need to be upright and moving? Do you stifle creative expression, hold back healing sounds and movements your body wants and needs to make? Do you continue eating when you are full? Do you live in your head?

Do you feel that your physical being is the enemy? If so, you have been trained to ignore and suppress your lifelong best friend and messenger, your body.

When you slowly learn to pay attention to your body again like you did as a young child… you will become aware of the signals as your body alerts you to danger. You will become aware of your own inner “radar” system that will help you navigate through life more smoothly. You will understand through your body’s feelings, emotions, pain, hunger, thirst and subtle sensations that you need to know in the moment for your well-being.

As you become more aware of your body and its needs its rhythms, you can learn to loosen up little by little to free flow, spontaneous expression, full experience. You will feel lighter, freer, happier.

If you’ve been taught to deny yourself full experience of living in your body and feeling what you feel, your energy flow can be re-established.

Then, once again, like your younger child self, you can live fully happily and harmoniously in your magnificent and joyful body.

Learn to feel

Dear ones, some of the humans who pass by my patch of earth seem to live trapped within dark clouds. I can sense this density, and can feel it as a vibration on the wind and air even from many hundreds of yards away.

Heavy storm clouds

The dark clouds some carry along keep them always feeling down, wishing and wondering why they can’t feel better, feeling that they are carrying a heavy weight.

When other humans come near, they too are affected by the overcast conditions of those with heavy energy and a dark mood. Even though invisible, it has substance, a reality others can sense.

You can’t really hide. Your energy doesn’t lie!

Many of you humans have been told a lie: “Showing, feeling, and expressing emotions is an unacceptable weakness. Emotions must be suppressed.”

When you believe this lie and stuff your feelings, they just build up like storm clouds, growing denser and darker in your energy field. They do not disappear or dissolve just because you don’t like them and want to deny or ignore them. They do not miraculously vanish into thin air never to be heard from again.

Your emotions are not you – they are energy that needs to move through you.

It is vital to face these storm clouds and feel them so they can begin to move and finally dissipate. There may be turbulence ahead as you do this, so ask for help and support. As you find the courage and inner power to let yourself feel, to bring light into the dark, you will begin to feel lighter and lighter. Your health and well-being will improve.

You are meant to be a being of light and power. For maximum health, learn to feel your emotions and let them move through you.

Be your healthiest

My dears, I have observed many of you poison yourselves with unhealthy food and drink, with resentment and rage, with ugly news and information that brings on fear and loathing, anxiety and dread, with entertainment that saps your spirit, drains your resources, that degrades and demeans your natural nobility of spirit.

Please be aware of the substances and thoughts, ideas, images, energies you allow into your body and consciousness. Choose only those that promote the health and vitality of mind body and spirit.

You can do this… Start in small ways to detoxify your life. As you gain confidence and feel better, it will be easier to release the larger more entrenched habits… You are worth the effort, my dears!

Do you not wish to be at your very best, your healthiest? Health is more than your physical body functioning like a machine. It is your thoughts, attitudes, feelings, emotions, your mood, your outlook, your energetic atmosphere.

Health is the visible and invisible aspects of you functioning in harmony and balance.

You have been given free will to choose the substances, the foods, the people, the entertainment, the ideas that you allow into your life. Do they sustain you? Do they allow you to be the best you can be?

You are blessed, dear ones. Blessed with life on this sweet green earth. Make it the best it can be!
