Dear ones, we are all in this together! Like “stone soup” each living being on this earth contributes according to their nature to the energy field in which we exist, the web of creation. We’re “in the soup” together!
Amazing spider web
Like stone soup, we each bring our personal offering to add to the mixture. What ingredients do you bring to the communal table? Do your ingredients, the feelings, emotions, actions, beliefs and ideas nourish you and others, or do they encourage ill health of mind body emotions or spirit?
Like it or not, we all share in the communal energy. Every being on earth is connected to every other being through the web of all things.
We all eat from the same soup and drink from the same water, breathe the same air, stand under the same sun. Make your contribution to our shared soup a blessing to yourself and by extension to all living creatures.
Billions of roots hold the soil. The multitude of grasses, the flowering beauties that return year after year, those rooted organisms you call weeds, the magnificent trees of our beloved planet all anchor our soil, forming a vast web of interconnection… Call it love!
Honeysuckle and ash tree
The web of roots anchoring this abundant life mirrors the energetic web of all things, invisible to most, yet permeating and connecting all things in exquisite perfection. No word or thought or feeling of any human can be separated from this web. They are the stuff of the web.
The energetic vibrations of your feelings, thoughts and words announce you and create an energy pattern, unique to you. Others might not see this, but they can feel and sense it.
Your energies and vibrations join with those of others and yet others, and still more, creating intricate patterns and possibilities one alone could not dream of.
Just as the mighty roots of a cottonwood intertwine and interweave with the roots of other trees, grasses, weeds, and wildflowers, so do your thoughts and words interweave with the feelings, thoughts, and words of others. In this way, you are all connected at the energetic level… Some call it spirit.
Each living creature on earth weaves a web or tapestry of energy with thoughts feelings, actions and emotions, by simply being alive. Each individual web then overlaps and interacts with others, forming a greater web, a magnificent and intricate weaving that unites all things.
You are the master weaver- the powerful artisan creating the patterns and vibrancy of your energy fabric.
You can learn to master your own energy. Make it colorful, make it clear, make it vibrant! Where you feel fear or dread, transmute these threads of emotion by loving attention and reweave the fabric with courage, with love and acceptance. Where it is clouded, make it open; where it is dull, make it brighter; where it is obscure, make it clear.
Simply attending to your own personal tapestry creates waves of healing and waves of clarity that radiate from you and affect the greater web of all things.
Do not underestimate your power to help create a magnificent, healthy, and peaceful earth!
Once again we come to the time of letting go, the great release as the leaves we’ve held onto for so long this year are finally relieved of duty. For a brief time they blaze with breathtaking color. Let your eyes take in and enjoy our gorgeous color! Soon enough they become the soil at our feet they as they wither and brown and decay. Next year’s plant food.

Now through the bare bones of our winter branches we have a chance to see feel and know the underlying structure beneath the summer show. We see what is rooted, what endures from year to year, through the cold months as well as the warm, not just the shimmering temporary summer show.
You too have an underlying structure. You are a web of invisible energy, permeating the physical body. This is the structure on which your life and body are built. Your energy endures from lifetime to lifetime without end.
When you keep your subtle energy flowing, healthy, and vibrant your life pulses with health and glows with vitality.
