Do you feel an anger welling within you sometimes, a red energy in thought and heart and belly; a tightening of the jaw as you try to stuff it? This is precious fuel.

Have you witnessed injustice, been hurt by others, betrayed, let down? Use this fuel to make your life better, to take action that heals the rift, creates a better world.

Lashing out and hurting other just spreads the anger like a contagious disease until you feel separate and wounded and still angry! Fuel your creative work, fuel your physical activity and get your body fit. Fuel your actions with your passion to reweave the web of life and make things better for yourself and all others.

Do not use your anger to hurt, to belittle, to create chaos. Your actions, words and the energy you radiate into the world have consequences, so choose wisely.

Learn to manage the powerful energy of anger, to channel it to fuel a better world, a better life, a just and safe and healthy planet for all beings!

More about power

Power means being an effective person- finding and doing work and play that satisfies your spirit and lifts your heart.

Power is weaving webs of connection with others.

Power is using the fuel of your anger wisely and creatively without harm to others.

Power is standing in your truth and speaking clearly.

Power is allowing yourself to feel, letting feelings flow through you without blocking them. Giving them your full loving attention, then letting them go.

Power is aligning your inner light with source and knowing your connection to the web of all things.

Separately, disconnected from the web of all things, you are weak and flail about, seeking false sources of power. Grasping at straws. Those who would be separate are like a single thread, weak and alone, fragile and easy to break.

Connected to the web of creation, each individual thread joins with every other thread to create a tapestry, a fabric of amazing strength and beauty, of  breathtaking patterns, impossible to tear.

You are an emotional being

When will you learn that humans are emotional beings? There is no shame in feeling. Anger is part of your in-body experience. Fear is a part of your in-body experience. Feelings and emotions are messages to you. Allow yourself to receive and decipher the messages! This is vital for your health and the health of the planet you rule!

Allow your emotions to fuel right action, action that corrects an injustice, action that recreates balance, action that helps bring people together, not split them apart.

When the fuel of anger builds and builds without release, without right action,  one tiny spark can ignite it. Get help to clear the anger within you. Do not allow it to build into a weapon of mass destruction, turning it either inward and destroying yourself or outward and destroying others.

See your culture in the mirror of recent destructive events. Healing your culture begins within each of you. Begin a revolution from the inside. Begin in the heart. Clear your anger, learn to let it flow for the good, for justice.

Now teach others for the health of the entire planet. Spread the word. Allow others to express their anger and fear and despair in healthy ways that build us up and bring us together.

Push beyond the fear of being vulnerable. This may take courage!  Ironically, in your vulnerability lies your strength. Begin with small actions in the direction of healing and softening your heart.

I speak for healing, for the beauty and power of life on this earth.  I ask you to choose to use your considerable powers for creating a planet in which all creatures can live in harmony and peace.

Emotional healing is possible

L of Ames, IA asks of the Orlando shooting, What is happening? How can this happen in our country?

My dear ones, the reverberations and ripples from this enactment of rage and despair have entered your bodies your minds and hearts and I sense your heart sickness, your fear, your anger and sorrow.

Only those who feel separate from the web of life and the connections with all living things, those who seethe with the stuffed rage of many years do this. Those who feel separate feel powerless. Those who feel powerless may try anything to regain “control” and express what feels to them like “power” again.

Angry energy like razor blades radiates from those who have stuffed their rage. All who come near can feel it and sense the ugliness, the toxicity, the smelly stagnation of powerful energy eating away at the mind, heart, spirit and body.

It is not anger and fear that cause these rage events, it is the inability to express the anger and fear appropriately, without punishment, shame and humiliation.

Those who recognize and feel and allow emotions to flow easily do not ever erupt in rage and spread their damage like a hurricane destroying all in its path taking the easiest and nearest target.

There seem to be many humans on this earth who stuff their true feelings – Who fear their feelings. This is an epidemic!  So many humans have allowed unpleasant emotions to morph into toxic waste by hiding away from them even hating them and rejecting them! When you reject your emotions, you reject yourself! 

Emotions are energy, and energy must move.

I ask you to learn to feel your emotions when they first resonate in your body; to gain skill and discernment at naming and feeling your full spectrum of emotions from despair to joy. Learn to express anger without harm to yourself or any other.   Teach this in your homes, places of work, in your schools, learn to cry, learn to sing, lean to feel.  Learn that your feelings must flow.

Learn to tolerate your feelings and the feelings of others. Feelings and emotions are what make you human. It can be done, and it is not too late. Learn to stay with the discomfort. Discomfort will pass like clouds in the sky.

This toxic waste of stuffed emotions can be transmuted by shining the light of love, compassion  and acceptance on them. Please ask for help if you cannot do this on your own! Healing is possible and you too can feel better.

GCW speaks of anger:

Have you cut yourself off from feeling anger? Are you afraid you will hurt others and run roughshod over the neighborhood? Then you misunderstand the flow of emotion. Your inner being must express itself with feeling and emotions, your body must move and bend freely like a willow in the wind.  Daily.  You must allow your emotions to flow daily, hourly, each minute, if needed.  They are not to be feared.  They are simply moving energy.

Yes, as a human in a body you feel anger at times. But your kind is not meant to suppress anger within your physical self until you explode with rage. You are meant to recognize, feel and then let go of feelings like clouds moving with the breeze on a spring day.

You must not hurt others as you feel and express your anger. Express it to get it out of your body through sound, through visual art, through words on a page, through punching or kicking a bag, and breathing as you move, through throwing or kicking a ball, through running. Express what you feel in safe ways when you feel it and your body will be healthier, you will be happier. Life will unfold before you like the flow of a stream.
