Mass Consciousness

Through the millennia humans have walked the earth, your ancestor’s fear, anxiety, and feelings of dread have built up and accumulated exponentially, multiplying in the people and in the environment.

At first the feelings came in response to danger – a storm, a dangerous hunt, a predator. The fear was quickly here then gone. As life became more complex, with more humans living close together in settlements and cities, the energy of dread and fear became overwhelming and difficult to clear. The feelings themselves became taboo, frowned upon.

“You must be brave!” “You must not think that way!” “You must be strong!” “You must not be angry!”

The feelings, being energy, did not simply vanish into thin air, but began to build up like cumulus storm clouds on the horizon. Every generation added their own burden to the mass consciousness.

Now we are enveloped in haze, a thick cloud cover of anxiety, unease, fear – a legacy from the past. It continues to press you down with its heavy weight and affect all living beings on this earth.

Dear ones, you do not have to be crushed under this burden. You can release the feelings of anxiety as you find a safe, compassionate loving way to transmute your stuck feelings.

You can shield yourself from the anxiety of others and the fear of mass consciousness. If you do not know how to do this, find a healer that will help you transmute and clear your energy.

When you do this, the world will change, the world will become a safer, more harmonious, more loving place.

Worried?

Worry is like a thick gray cloud around your mind and heart; a self-generated fog machine.

Dear ones, worry wears you down, ages you dims your clarity and light, weakens you.

If you are worried, you are not living in the present. You are living in your head projecting scenarios and events which will most likely never occur, which you most likely have no power over!

In short, you are wasting your time and energy when you worry! You are scaring yourself with self manufactured drama for no good reason.

If you are worried about the future, get the facts you need to solve your problems and face them head on! Take informed action within your locus of control. Make plans based on the facts. Set boundaries within your circle of influence. Live in the here and now.

Inhabit your body, place awareness on your feelings, sensations, your senses, the flow of life through your body, the natural world around you. Come into the here and now where your power lies!

You can feel better!

Over the years of your life, energy, inspirations, emotions, feelings, ideas, thoughts, fears that you block and deny and push down have nowhere else to go but to stay in your energy field. The energies that makes up these thoughts get stuck, build up and accumulate like heavy storm clouds.

If you are sensitive, you feel the extra weight, the heaviness. Does it hold you back, press you down like a weighted blanket, a back pack full of stones?

It is not your work to carry this weight. You can clear and release it with patience, courage, commitment.

Foreign substances in your body will not solve the problem, will not clear the clouds, but only allow you to pretend for a short time.

Tap into your emotions, the buried ones, the old and stale ones, the emotions that flash through when something triggers you. You must focus and feel the emotions within you. You do not have to react to them. Simply feeling and acknowledging is enough.

The emotion is not you, it is energy that is meant to flow through you.  I am telling you, you can feel better!

Find help if the emotions feel overwhelming. It is like learning to walk, learning to read. This is a life-saving skill you can learn, and it will set you free.

You can weather any storm

Cut through the clutter and chatter; penetrate the clouds and debris of your life, physical, mental, emotional for your health and well-being.

Sunshine through thick clouds

Just as your home and surroundings benefit from a clearing and cleaning, so does your energy atmosphere. It might seem impossible to let go of stale old emotions left over from the past, holding you prisoner. You can release them and move forward with new lightness of being.

To do this takes courage self compassion and commitment to your well-being. Get help if you need it as you access, feel and give compassionate attention to the feelings that arise in you.

These feelings are energy.   You will feel them in your body,  feel them moving. Some of them may feel overpowering, like a thunder storm rolling through. Do not fear, dear ones every storm passes in time. Gather your courage and stay with it. Persevere.

Stay with the emotion, become a compassionate observer as it rises, floods, crests and dissipates. Feel its presence in your body without judgment. Allow it to be as it is and in time it will shift and change and lighten as you cease resistance. After a storm all the earth is cleansed, refreshed and ready to grow!

Know this! You are strong, powerful, capable. You can weather any storm. You can heal.

You can feel better!

You were not plunked down here in this time and place to feel bad or to suffer.

Do these habits of mind and feeling persist in you? Do you hold on to them like a talisman? You can begin to heal and release those thoughts that bring you down. You can let go of your death grip on the image of yourself as powerless and depressed.

Can you learn little by little to tolerate the higher frequencies of feeling better, feeling good, of laughter, fun and joy? They may seem exhausting foreign, forbidden, but they are your gifts, freely bestowed by virtue of your life here on this earth.

Do not try to move mountains, start small with baby steps.  Begin each day by intending to feel good in small ways.

When the frequencies of fear and dread overwhelm you, do what you might thing is counter-intuitive and allow them to be, feel and experience them in your body. Breathe. Name them. You simply acknowledge with love, and observe without judgment.

In this way you cease resisting the negative and that removes its power supply. The energy will shift and change allowing room for new feelings to fill you. You get to choose your new feelings! Ask daily to feel good.

Focus on those feelings, thoughts, and people that lift you up.

Energy vampires

Sometimes you feel you must go it alone when the drama, the unhappiness of others seems to drag you down and pull you into their vortex of fear and negativity. They drain your energy and leave you like an empty shell. Allowing this, my dears, is not “love” or caring.

Your central task is to maintain your energy, know your power and align with the source of your creation. The energy vampires will not like this!

It is not your job to make them happy, to rescue them from unhappiness, to smooth things over and put on a happy face for them.

You were set firmly down in this time space reality to shine your light fully, to be truly yourself. Anyone that diminishes you is not your friend!

As you gain clarity, focus and empowerment, those of like mind and heart will be drawn to you like a magnet. And your life will thrive!

Self love

Beloved ones… Love yourself as never before. Give yourself the care, the attention, the nurturing and compassion you would give to your best friend or loved one.

Dearest, you may not have gotten the care you needed to thrive in earlier days, but you can supply and become your own ideal mother or father and give yourself what they could not. You can cease your hungry striving after an elusive “love” that is “out there” somewhere and discover it within your heart’s own capacity.

Build the muscle of self love as you give yourself kindness, as you pay attention to how you feel, as you accept your feelings without judgment, as you gradually wean yourself from critical self talk and mean expectations, as you simply allow yourself to be who you are- imperfect and human.

Beloved, in your imagination see yourself as your own loving parent, holding, rocking, loving, feeding, attending to the precious child you once were. Give yourself kindness, give yourself loving attention. Allow your younger self to feel your calming heartbeat, your loving arms, the security and trust of comfort and love freely given.

You are a dragon slayer

What you are presented with emotionally in this life can be healed in this life. To do this, you must engage all your awareness, your will, heart and power, and face those patterns and thoughts with courage and trust in your resilience.

Changing weather

You who truly seek healing, transformation and wholeness begin on an amazing hero’s journey of discovery. You will confront pain, you will confront your deepest fears. They are like dragons and you are the brave dragon slayer.

With courage and attention, you will find that the dragons are simply illusions – all puffed up but with no real substance behind them – like inflatable outdoor holiday figures when the power is cut off. They deflate and lay useless on the ground.

Cut off the power supply to heal emotional dragons by paying attention with courage, observing with compassion, staying with it, persevering for your health and transformation.

Shine!

Dear ones, do not allow yourselves to be hijacked by fear and panic when violent actions occur. These emotions can spread like lighting through the web of existence. The feelings are contagious like a deadly disease; sometimes worse than the original event that caused them.

Question those who would call this violence normal. Question those who expect the violent actions to “happen here”. Is this the reflection you wish to see in the world around you?

This attitude takes you down and those around you like dominoes. Feel what you feel, fear, anger, then let it go. When you are feeling better, intentionally bring in feelings that resonate with the life and the world you wish to create..

I repeat myself yet again! Begin only within. Shine a light on your dark places. Shine love and acceptance on the shadow within you, for it is you, just as the light is you.

Violence occurs when the shadow within is denied, ignored, repressed, tamped down, hated, shamed, punished.

I wish you to know your exquisite beauty, your capacity for joy and expansion. This can only happen when you know yourself as a being of light and sometimes dark, and love yourself anyway.

Learn to embrace your power and light and shadow – a little at a time if it feels safer- like a light bulb gradually dialed from dim to full power. Learn to tolerate the higher vibrations and better feelings that are your birthright!  The light will dissolve the shadow.

When you shine you give other permission to shine as well. You then become a hub in the web of life that radiates health vitality, integrity and well-being.

Book learning and heart wisdom

As you have gained in book learning, – “the 3 Rs” science, and technology, you have forgotten and minimized the ancient and powerful wisdom of your heart.

What good is your technical knowledge if you are seething with anger and rage? Who cares if you can recite a speech, a pledge, an epic poem if you have no empathy and compassion for your fellow earth inhabitants? Who cares that you have statistical “proof” that all is well when you feel unhappy, heartsick and physically ill?

Emotional wisdom is far more important to your survival as a species than book learning. Feel the emotion in your body, name it, put your awareness on it. Breathe and feel.

It won’t bite. I might make you feel uncomfortable. Can you live with uncomfortable? Do you want to numb the discomfort? Try to stay with it. If you can’t, find someone who can help you through this.

Be your own best friend! Accept the feelings as they come and go. If you reject an emotion you reject yourself. Love and accept yourselves and allow your feelings to be what they are. Learn from them.

True riches, the infinite fountain of abundance are only to be found by those who look inward with compassion and courage.

It takes your so called guts to live a beautiful life here on this planet where uncertainty reigns, where nothing is guaranteed, where life is exquisitely beautiful, where death is a given.
